The name “Made in Italy Fashion”
“Made in Italy Fashion” is the trading name of the service. It is not a statement of origin applied to products: the place of production, the stages carried out in Italy and any origin marking on garments are defined and documented project by project in the agreement with the client, in compliance with applicable law (including Italian Law 350/2003, art. 4(49), and Law 166/2009, art. 16).
Logo and seal
The logo (crest with lions, arch and “M” monogram) and the round seal “Made in Italy Fashion · Authentic Italian Manufacturing” are distinctive signs of the owner. The seal is a graphic element of the brand: it is not a certification, attestation or collective mark issued by a third party, and does not by itself certify the origin of a product. Where a product carries an Italian origin statement, it rests on the production stages documented for that project.
Content, services and estimates
Site content describes the method and services for information only and is not a public offer. Services marked “In definition” or “Pilot” may not yet be fully available. Estimates are indicative and non-binding, under the estimate terms. Prices, timing and conditions are set only in writing, after technical assessment.
Images
Images and videos marked “Illustrative · Pexels” come from Pexels and are used under its licence as art direction: they do not document Made in Italy Fashion’s work, workshops or products. The technical drawings are original illustrations made for this site and are not specifications, samples or colour references.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, drawings, graphics, logo and code belong to the owner or their respective authors and may not be reproduced without permission. The Instrument Serif and Inter Tight typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Materials you send us remain yours; confidentiality and use are governed by the NDA and the project agreement.
Liability
We take care over the accuracy of the content but cannot guarantee it is always complete or current. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
This notice is governed by Italian law. Business relationships are governed by the signed agreement.
