2. What data we process

• Data you send through Project Desk: full name, email, country and, optionally, company and role; the project description, your answers about product and quantity, your Product Studio choices and any files you attach (PDF, images, ZIP).
• Data you send by email, including NDA requests.
• Technical data: to protect the form from abuse we record a cryptographic hash of your IP address, not the address itself, and the outcome of each submission without personal data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, date, page requested).
• We do not use profiling cookies, third-party analytics or advertising. The site makes no automated decisions: the “route” shown in Project Desk is guidance only; every assessment is made by a person.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

• Replying to your request and assessing the project, including before any contract: GDPR art. 6.1.b (pre-contractual steps at your request).
• Protecting the site and the form from spam and abuse: GDPR art. 6.1.f (legitimate interest in security).
• Meeting legal obligations (for example tax rules, if a business relationship follows): GDPR art. 6.1.c.

Contact details are needed to receive a reply; without them we cannot assess the project. The checkbox in the form confirms that you have read this notice.

4. How long we keep data

• Briefs, attachments and correspondence: 24 months from the last contact, unless a contract follows.
• Technical submission log: 30 days.
• Protection against repeated submissions (IP hash): 10 minutes.
• If a contract follows, the data required is kept for the period set by law (for example 10 years for tax records).

5. Who may receive the data

• Hosting provider: Hostinger International Ltd. (servers in the European Union), which hosts the site and the briefs as a data processor.
• Email provider: Google (Gmail), which receives the brief notification emails.
• Workshops and production partners, only when needed to assess or make your project and, for confidential projects, only after an NDA is signed.
• Pexels (editorial images and videos loaded from their servers): when you view a page your browser connects to their servers, which receive your IP address and technical browser data. We send them no form data.
• We do not sell or hand over data to third parties for marketing.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (for example Google and Pexels) may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

At any time you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (GDPR arts. 15–22). Write to highendproductionitaly@gmail.com. We reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

8. Minors

The site is intended for professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.
