00Service system

Services built as one route, not a menu.

From the first orientation to a standard you can reorder from. Every service names its output and its boundary — fees and timings are confirmed per project.

“In definition” means the service is designed but its owner, format and fee are still being approved. You can ask about it; we will tell you exactly what is available today.

Orient

Before anything is sampled: what is the project, and which route is right?

S.01Pilot

Project Composer

Turns an intention into a first readable direction.

Choose product, quantity, processes and project state. You get an initial route, what is missing and — where the catalogue basis allows — an indicative range. Free, immediate, and honest about its limits.

Choose it when
You want orientation before talking to anyone.
What you receive
Project Direction Summary · Readiness state · Missing-information list
Where it stops
No confirmed feasibility, no final price, no automatic acceptance.

S.02In definition

Guided Discovery

Brings clarity before uncertainty turns into cost.

We put objectives, audience, product, quantity, constraints and non-negotiables in order. At the end you know what is decided, what remains open and which route makes sense.

Choose it when
You have a clear intention but not yet the documents.
What you receive
Project Direction Canvas · Readiness Gap Map · Next-decision plan
Where it stops
Not full design work, not a price, not production confirmation.

S.03In definition

Feasibility Blueprint

Before building the sample, we build the logic of the project.

Product, variants, documents, material, processes, quantities and dependencies read together by people who have built them. The result is a map of risks, required trials and decisions to close.

Choose it when
You have a tech pack or reference and need a technical reading.
What you receive
Feasibility Map · Development Route · Trial plan · Documentation gaps
Where it stops
Feasibility depends on the information supplied; fee and timing confirmed per project.

S.14Pilot

Private consultation · NDA first

Confidentiality is handled before the depth of the brief.

For houses, artists, private clients and confidential collaborations: an initial reading of the scope and, where appropriate, an NDA before any protected material is shared.

Choose it when
The project cannot be described in a public form.
What you receive
Confidentiality route · Scoped intake
Where it stops
NDA wording and governing law set per agreement; no retroactive protection.

Decide

Product, material, economics and value aligned before cost multiplies.

S.04In definition

Product Intelligence Twin

The product keeps a memory of what was decided.

Not a render: a living record of fit, materials, construction, treatments, tolerances and approvals. Every change stays linked to the standard that will have to be repeated.

Choose it when
Versions and approvals live in emails and memory.
What you receive
Product DNA Record · Version history · Approval trail
Where it stops
A demonstration 3D model is not the complete technical record.

S.05In definition

Material Truth Engine

Choose the material for what it must do, not only for how it looks.

Hand, weight, construction, behaviour, minimums, treatment and risk compared side by side. Each decision links to a physical reference and to the trials still needed.

Choose it when
The material is still open, or it looks right but may not behave.
What you receive
Material Decision Map · Physical references · Open trials
Where it stops
Screen colour never replaces a swatch, lab dip or physical approval.

S.06In definition

Margin-Backwards Atelier

Product ambition meets market reality before production.

From positioning, channel and target retail we work backwards to the product, material, construction and quantity choices that can hold a margin. Where data is missing, the uncertainty stays visible.

Choose it when
You know the retail price and channel, not yet the product that fits them.
What you receive
Commercial Viability Sheet · Cost levers · Open assumptions
Where it stops
No automatic verdict from invented costs; not financial advice.

S.13In definition

Brand Value Studio

Perceived value is designed with the product, not applied afterwards.

Offer architecture, physical details, packaging and language connected so the brand promise is recognisable — starting from the truth of the product and the market, not from empty aesthetics.

Choose it when
Product, price and language tell different stories.
What you receive
Brand / Product Value Map · Packaging & label language
Where it stops
Not full market research, trademark clearance or legal advice.

03Phase · 2 services

Develop

From intention to a construction that can be tested and approved.

S.07In definition

Development Atelier

From creative language to a construction that can be tested.

Pattern making, prototyping, fitting and revision turn intention into a readable sample. Every step closes a decision and prepares the next.

Choose it when
The route is clear and the idea is ready to become a sample.
What you receive
Pattern version · Sample · Fit comments · Decision log
Where it stops
Iterations, materials and complexity depend on the project.

S.08In definition

Material & Treatment Lab

Treatment is assessed as part of the product, not as final decoration.

Samples, trials and comparisons make tone, hand, material response and risk visible before approval. Every result stays linked to its recipe and physical reference.

Choose it when
Washes, dyes, prints or embroidery change the result.
What you receive
Treatment Trial Map · Approved reference when available
Where it stops
A monitor or an AI visual never confirms a colour match.

04Phase · 3 services

Produce & repeat

The approved sample becomes a standard — and the standard becomes the next order.

S.09In definition

Approved Standard Protocol

Approval stops being a memory and becomes a controllable standard.

Sealed sample, tolerances, BOM, recipes, workmanship and checkpoints connected in one approved pack. Production starts from a version, not from interpretation.

Choose it when
A sample is approved and must become repeatable.
What you receive
Approved Standard Pack · Change-control rule
Where it stops
Contents and responsibilities depend on the project agreement.

S.10In definition

Production Direction & QC

Production follows decisions, checkpoints and visible deviations.

Industrialisation, progress and quality control are measured against the approved standard. Deviations are not hidden: they are recorded, assessed and resolved by a defined owner.

Choose it when
You are moving into bulk quantities.
What you receive
Production Control Record · Inspection reports
Where it stops
No zero-defect promise; sampling criteria and responsibilities agreed per order.

S.11In definition

Continuity Vault

A reorder starts from the approved standard, not from memory.

Versions, materials, tolerances, approvals and deviations stay organised so a reorder — or a controlled evolution of the product — starts from a known point.

Choose it when
A product sold and the next order is coming.
What you receive
Continuity Record · Reorder Readiness Check
Where it stops
Material availability, capacity, price and timing are reassessed each time; no indefinite storage.

05Phase · 1 service

Recover

When production elsewhere has gone wrong.

Production Rescue

Before promising a rescue, we reconstruct the problem.

Samples, documents, defects, supply, deadlines and previous decisions analysed together. The result separates what can be recovered, what must be redone and what it would not be responsible to promise.

Choose it when
A run elsewhere is stuck, inconsistent or undocumented.
What you receive
Rescue Diagnostic · Recovery Options
Where it stops
No recovery guarantee; technical and contractual review comes first.

The first answer should already move the project forward.

Project Desk sorts product, quantity, maturity and missing information. Before you send anything you receive a readable route; after you send, the assessment is human.
