Quantities, prices, timing, samples, materials, confidentiality and studio services. If your question is not here, write to us: a person will answer.
01Getting started
What can you make?
Our core families are denim, jersey and premium streetwear, and fully fashioned knitwear — from prototype to production, with pattern making, washes, treatments and private label around them. Other products are assessed case by case: tell us what you have in mind.
Read moreI only have an idea, no tech pack. Can I still start?
Yes. Choose the guided approach in the Project Desk: simple questions, and a clear list of what is missing. You can also sketch a first direction in the Product Studio. Many projects start exactly here.
Read moreDo you work with private clients and new brands?
Yes. Private Atelier is for single pieces and confidential projects, Prototyping for 1 to 20–30 pieces, Merch for runs under 50, Collections for structured ranges. Each path has its own logic, so you are not pushed into quantities you do not need.
Read more02Quantities & prices
What is the minimum quantity?
There is no single minimum. Prototyping covers 1 to 20–30 pieces, Merch runs stay under 50, and the catalogue basis for automatic ranges is 100–300 pieces per article. Below or above that we assess directly. At very small quantities set-up costs weigh on every piece — we tell you before you commit.
Read moreHow much will it cost?
For listed articles between 100 and 300 pieces, the Estimate shows a base range for pattern development and sewing only. Fabric, trims, treatments, packaging and logistics are assessed separately. The actual price is set only in writing, after a technical assessment of your brief.
Read moreIs the online estimate binding?
No. It is indicative and non-binding: it is not an offer or a production commitment. It exists to help you orient yourself before talking to us.
Read more03Timing & process
How long does it take?
It depends on the product, the materials and how many sample rounds the construction needs. We do not publish standard lead times: timing is confirmed in writing for each project, once the brief has been assessed. If you have a fixed date, say so in the brief.
Read moreHow many samples will I need?
As many as it takes to close the open decisions — fit, fabric, wash, finish. Each round is recorded, so the next one starts from what was decided, not from memory.
Read moreWhat happens after I send the brief?
A member of the team reads it — there is no automatic acceptance or rejection. We reply by email with the next sensible step, or with the questions we need answered first.

Can I ask for a specific Pantone colour?
Yes. Give us the Pantone code or a physical swatch — the Product Studio lets you record it. The colour is matched on a lab dip and approved by you: a screen is never the colour reference.
Read moreDo you help choose fabrics?
Yes. We choose the material for what it has to do — construction, wash, quantity, availability — not only for how it looks. Minimums and availability are checked for each project.
Read moreWill my product be “Made in Italy”?
Origin is defined and documented project by project. An Italian origin marking is applied only where the production stages carried out qualify under the law. Our name and seal are brand marks, not an origin certification.

Can you sign an NDA before I share my designs?
Yes. Tell us only who you are and the scope; we send an NDA to review, and details are shared after signature. Protection does not apply retroactively to what was shared before.
Read moreWho owns the designs and patterns?
The materials you send remain yours. Use and confidentiality of what is developed together are set out in the NDA and the project agreement.

Can you also handle brand, website, photos and social?
Yes. Our studio covers brand identity and graphics, websites and e-commerce, photo and video in our creative studios, and social and advertising with our commercial studio. Each is quoted per project; advertising budget goes to the platforms and is separate from our fee.
Read moreDo you build AI agents for fashion businesses?
Yes: custom agents for quotes, client care, your technical archive and production follow-up, plus CRM and management software — built and tested on your own data. AI supports your team; decisions stay with people.
