01Denim & treatments

Denim changes under tension, washing and time. The design has to anticipate it.

Pattern, construction and treatment are read as one system. Every result remains subject to fabric, recipe, trials and physical approval.

Scope we assess

  • Five-pocket jeans, jackets, shirts, skirts
  • Rigid, stretch and comfort constructions
  • Rinse, stone, enzyme and garment-dye directions
  • Custom rivets, buttons and labels

Useful to bring

  • Fabric reference or target weight and composition
  • Fit reference or measurement chart
  • Wash target (physical reference preferred)
  • Quantity per article and wash

Decisions that matter

  • Shrinkage allowance in the pattern before cutting
  • Wash recipe approved on the real fabric
  • Hardware compatible with the treatment

Risks we check

  • Shade and shrinkage vary between fabric batches
  • Wash results drift with load size
  • Stretch recovery changes after treatment

Scope describes what we can assess. Workshop capacity and timing are confirmed per project.

Material & Treatment Lab

Treatment is assessed as part of the product, not as final decoration.

Samples, trials and comparisons make tone, hand, material response and risk visible before approval. Every result stays linked to its recipe and physical reference.

Choose it when
Washes, dyes, prints or embroidery change the result.
What you receive
Treatment Trial Map · Approved reference when available
Where it stops
A monitor or an AI visual never confirms a colour match.

Feasibility Blueprint

Before building the sample, we build the logic of the project.

Product, variants, documents, material, processes, quantities and dependencies read together by people who have built them. The result is a map of risks, required trials and decisions to close.

Choose it when
You have a tech pack or reference and need a technical reading.
What you receive
Feasibility Map · Development Route · Trial plan · Documentation gaps
Where it stops
Feasibility depends on the information supplied; fee and timing confirmed per project.

Approved Standard Protocol

Approval stops being a memory and becomes a controllable standard.

Sealed sample, tolerances, BOM, recipes, workmanship and checkpoints connected in one approved pack. Production starts from a version, not from interpretation.

Choose it when
A sample is approved and must become repeatable.
What you receive
Approved Standard Pack · Change-control rule
Where it stops
Contents and responsibilities depend on the project agreement.
